Roof Replacement in Isanti

Half of Isanti’s homes were built after 1993, and only about 11 percent of households rent (BestNeighborhood). That puts a lot of Isanti roofs in the 15-to-25-year range where Minnesota asphalt shingles wear out.

What a replacement with us includes:

• Free inspection of the roof and attic, with photos of what we find.
• A written price for the whole job, not a per-square number.
• Permits handled. We pull any permit the City of Isanti requires and schedule the inspection.
• Full tear-off to the deck, with soft or rotted decking replaced, not covered.
• Ice and water barrier from the eaves to at least 24 inches inside the exterior wall, per Minnesota code.
• Attic ventilation corrected, so the roof isn’t cooked from underneath and ice dams have less to work with.
• New step and wall flashing, never reused.
• Fast local response. Our office is in town, so inspections, repairs and emergency tarping happen quickly, often the next day.
• One to two days on site for most homes, then a magnetic nail sweep and full cleanup.
• 5-year workmanship warranty on top of the manufacturer’s material warranty.

Hail and Storm Damage in Isanti

There have been 47 hail reports within ten miles of Isanti since 2004, with May and July the most active months. The most recent was half-dollar-size hail near Isanti and Stacy on July 27, 2023 (Stormersite). Hail damage often isn’t visible from the ground: the shingles look fine but the mat underneath is bruised, and the roof fails a few years later.

We inspect, photograph and document what’s actually there. If you have a real claim, we’ll meet your adjuster at the house and help with the paperwork. If you don’t, we’ll tell you so. See our storm damage repair page.

Shingle Roof Repair

Blown-off shingles, a leaking pipe boot, or a drip at a chimney or vent can usually be repaired. We take small jobs and tell you honestly when a repair is the smarter move.

Metal Roofing in Isanti

A metal roof sheds snow, stands up to hail and wind, and commonly lasts 40 to 70 years. We install standing seam, metal and stone-coated shingles, and exposed-fastener panels for homes, shops and outbuildings. See our metal roofing page.

Siding, Gutters and Windows

The storm that damages a roof usually damages siding and gutters too. We handle siding, gutters and windows, so one company and one claim can cover the whole exterior.
