Following a hail storm, Lowell with Ascension Roofing was patrolling my neighborhood looking for potential damages. He stopped to inquire about storm and offered to visually inspect our roof and siding. Through his inspection, he was … More able to identify several compromised areas on the roof and numerous hail hits to the siding that he felt more than justified recommending we contact our insurance company to proceed with filing a claim. Lowell also made himself available to meet with insurance adjuster to do a follow up inspection. That's as far as we have progressed at this point but Lowell has maintained contact and been very responsive to any questions we have had thus far in the process.
